If these are planets then yes. If some asteroids, then I wouldn't really consider them as part of a stellium.
There are so many asteroids, that conjunctions with major planets and points, becomes common place. And yet, conjunctions between major planets and points in general, (minus Sun-Mercury, and Sun-Venus to a lesser extent) are more rare than not. True conjunctions (especially close ones) between planets, are focal points of important patterns.
Astrology is the science and art of relativity. When you throw too much data and variables into a situation, you muddy up the core patterns, which are far more important to a chart than super subtle and very specific minor "notes/archetypes" as represented by asteroids.
